      Great work life balance, company cares about things other companies don't; wide range of opportunities to move to different roles across businesses in upstream and downstream

      Cons

      Company is big so its also slow for career progression; too much politics in the way; hierarchical; a lot of time wasted in unnecessary processes; behind with latest technologies
