      Pros

      Its a great place to learn the different aspects of the supply chain from a warehouse, blending and shipping facility. You feel like its a very safe environment and they make safety as their number one priority.

      Cons

      This facility is separated by different departments and you are not encouraged by some of the managers to help other people from other departments. If you do, you get reprimanded and labeled as an person who is not reliable to your own department.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
