      1) Paymaster in Oil and Gas industry. Compensation is quite high with lots of perks. 2) Lot of international exposure. 3) Takes care of employee’s work-life balance.

      Cons

      1) Progression is slightly slow, but merit based increments within same grade level are quite decent.
