Pros
Shell Gives utmost importance to employees safety and security. Handsome CTC , far better than any service based company. Job security is higher comparing to any market standard organisation. Awesome work environment, friendly and supportive behaviour from higher management.
Cons
Nothing as such.. they are one of the best in their own field which is oil and gas, so IT is a growing plant here, hence it takes a bit longer time to get up to date when it comes to any IT related change.
