      Pros

      An excellent employer. Cares so much on employee's welfare.Employees are compensated for their hard work. I wish I could still go back.

      Cons

      Methodical way in employees performance review. Though, the initiative should come from employees but a little help on how it can be done properly would help a lot in bringing out in their accomplishments.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
