      Pros

      Worked for very good managers in my time with the company. Shell does emphasize development of employees and, if desired, will work to make international postings possible. Benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      Decision-making can be an issue (finding who is the appropriate person to make a decision can take a while). If you need multiple people's agreement, it can take a while.
