      Pros

      Great benefits, pay package. Having the company on the resume boost reputation. Good opportunities to move around and do different things.

      Cons

      Highly political. To move around, need to network quite a bit. Company is becoming more bottom line driven. Hardly talks about work life balance anymore. Severe headwinds given the low oil prices.
