Good learning opportunities in the beginning and exposure to multiple projects. Team members, CEO were supportive initially, and the role helped in understanding fast-paced work environments and client handling.

Internal politics, favoritism, and lack of transparent communication affected employee morale. Salary revisions and growth discussions were not handled fairly despite long-term contributions and increased responsibilities. Workload expectations also became unrealistic over time.

Unsatisfied, very poor management and HR staffing

I t was avery bad experience , i was selected cleared all interviews then the upper management held me out to dry even after they said they will provide offer letter. HR management was very poor, no one replied me back. It was just a waste of my important days while applying and interviewing there
