      Worst Decision of my Career- Joining ShepHertz

      Friday Activities! and that's the only thing they religiously follow

      Cons

      ShepHertz is like a bubble. From outside it's all fancy and shiny and once you pop that bubble it's empty inside. No Work! No Salary on time! It's unfortunate to see a company who boasts so much about itself on Social Media has absolutely nothing. There are no policies defined. Be ready to get your offer and appointment letter after 7 months of your joining. There is only one HR in the company who will just chit chat and laugh !

      Mediocrity everywhere

      1. While it has a product called wAnywhere, it has mediocrity spread everywhere within the organisation. 2. You will certainly develop acute skill of calling out 'nonsense' after working closely with the leadership. 3. You'll actually come to realise customer is actually not the king but a fool because they really don't know what they want except the leadership.

      Cons

      Being marketed as a deep tech company cause it is anything but that.

      Just politics no growth and no money

      Pros

      Nothing, management only is interested in making things dirty and doing bad politics . CEO is expert in this. He has trained people in only doing politics no one does any work and company is struggling to make money.

      Cons

      they are not paying their employees on time, many of them have left and they just tell lies about paying soon since six months.
