The people and the product are both hard to beat
Cons
Shopify overhauls their internal processes and GTM at least twice a year and it's extremely disruptive. We can't get in the swing of things because processes change so often. It's hard to measure whether something is working well or not when it changes before anyone is comfortable with it.
