Pros

Nice, clean offices and good benefits plan. Met some kind, humble and very smart people I remain friends with.

Cons

Witnessed insane amounts of wastefulness that explains why the company is not profitable. Lots of people wandering around without real jobs and no management because employees are encouraged to embrace "ambiguity". Unhealthy competition between employees to be part of the next "hot" product or gain visibility/popularity within the company bubble. They think they are more progressive than other tech giants but management is still primarily white men and the company culture/values reflect that. If you want to know what it's like to work there just watch Silicon Valley: It's exactly like Hooli.

Pros

Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

Cons

Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.

Pros

High comp and AI forward. One of the few remote places left.

Cons

Upper management basically openly disdains the “working class”, and it’s a major jostle among the VP and Director level for currying favor with the CEO. The investment in AI tooling is smart but also the C suite majorly suffers from AI psychosis, it’s embarrassing, actually.
