      Pros

      Smart people, interesting problems, good office with a maker space if you're downtown Toronto.

      Cons

      Ever changing expectations, Attrition, Employee dissatisfaction, they treat you like a number. Not so great benefits. They say that they're remote first but no remote working stipend is provided.

      Pros

      Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

      Cons

      Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.
