      Pros

      Company is extremely pro-AI, and encourages all AI tool use. Room for growth if you are junior.

      Cons

      The stress levels at the company have increased tremendously in the last year. Lots of attrition especially in the data teams, and we are continuously understaffed. Mid-level managers are continuously pushed out.

      Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

      Cons

      Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.

      Continuous layoffs have led to a poor work culture.
