Pros
- Hybrid working. 2 days from office. - Work life balance is good. - Deserving employees can get retention bonus with a bond period attached to it. - You get a brand name on your resume.
Cons
- Not a pay master, but still you can earn decent salary. - Salary hike will be between 5-9 % - You will have to ask what you want here. If you are a silent fish kind of a person trust me you won't get anything. - A lot of favouritism within a team. Managers have their favourite people who will always get everything along with short onsite opportunity. Although onsite opportunity here is hardly for a week and that too agenda based.
