Very Bureaucratic - Lawyer Siemens Employee Review

Intensely bureaucratic in a number of incoherent and clearly silly ways. Massive support organization cuts last year were painful -- not because of the cuts per se, but because the company took a year to do them. That caused intense politicking and crony protectionism. Complete inability to integrate acqusitions. Very poor at M&A. HR organization is a mess. Many middle managers refuse to speak openly and honestly to senior folks, who as a result are often delusional about morale or general corporate atmosphere.
