Ok/good salary. Annual pay review and bonus between 5 and 10%. Some of the people you work with are alright and some are just gossips who stir the pot

Awful management, no progression, no recognition or support at all. The turn over of employees was increasingly high. Office environment was shocking, no positive moral and no structured training. Depressive.
