Pros
The work culture is really good. Really diversified work force. For a young person like me, it was a really great learning experience working with experts on projects. The company values experience and work knowledge over any fancy degrees. The work environment is structured in such a way it allows you to settle into your job nicely. You can work according to your own pace and structure. Time discipline and being methodical is greatly appreciated. Doing properly is more important than doing it fast!
Cons
The career progression might seem slow to some people. The reason for this that the org. structure is very flat. There are very few job titles and employee designations. One might feel that one is not climbing up the ladder fast enough as the promotions take a long time to come. The processes and procedures might seem daunting at first.
