Pros
Best time to work when you are fresher (as you will get lot of hardcore experience) and after achieving some management position from other company, come back to Siemens so that you can get MNC’s culture and most important luxury.
Cons
Sudden hike and then after slow growth, internal process. like normal working culture lots of politics and partiality so to avoid this, go outside from Siemens, get a managerial post from other firm and comeback.
