Depending on position company is flexible . No other pros within this company.
Cons
Management does not care about their employees. Role change every 3.5 years with constant disruption in direction company is going with constant layoffs . The only way to get a descent raise is to kiss up . Otherwise company gives the bare min and nothing else through out the year. HR is inadequate with providing correct information or assistance to employees . Most disfuctional company across the board.
