      working time is not fixed, so you can choose what best suits you And that's it, I don't have anything more to say.

      small sallary, people management not good, no recognition for hard work, no real benefits for employees, no possibilites for job improvement

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
