      they have good job security and good benefits, working in a global environment

      Cons

      no decisions made, management wants to take decisions but cannot because they have no clue but they are also not willing to spread the responsibility to many meetings not able to speak up because you have to fear to loose your job pay is min 20% under market value

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
