Pros
This is one of the most important technology companies installed in the country. It has more than 135 year in Mexico. The Siemens Business Learning Program where I participate was one of the most grateful I ever have in my entire professional career. There I can learn not only technical stuff but commercial one, logistics and others. The projects that they manage are huge, and the impact you may have as an engineer is considerable.
Cons
There is no R&D investment in Mexico, all the research is very centralized in Germany.The German culture is not installed in Mexico, so the bad practices of my country shadows the good job conditions that German people may have.
