Pros

My co-workers were the biggest pro, there are some wonderful people at SL I enjoyed my time at Silverline for the most part. The people you work with are really great and super smart. There's a lot of opportunity to utilize their resources to learning a lot about Salesforce They do great work in the tech community Growing fast

Cons

My only criticism is the difference in opportunities for some people to be able to expand their careers. unfortunately, you are only going to be as great as your manager or team allows you to. If you have a good manager or is someone that everyone knows and likes you will be able to have an amazing career. Unfortunately, it's not the case for everyone. My time there felt very directionless and sometimes frustrating despite getting involved in as many things as possible. Several rounds of layoff for growing too fast too soon

We agree, there are wonderful people here at Silverline! We are sorry to hear you felt there weren’t consistent opportunities for growth during your time here. We recently welcomed a new Chief People Officer who is leading us in making investments to further enhance the overall employee experience including development and career pathing. We are also enhancing our employee feedback program to gather more insight and guidance on how we can all improve.

Pros

After working at both small and large companies, I can confidently say I’m really happy I landed at Silverline. From day one, everyone has been incredibly welcoming, and that sense of kindness and collaboration hasn’t faded. It’s a fantastic group of people to bounce ideas off, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work. Jason was absolutely fantastic throughout the interview process. He kept me updated almost daily and clearly puts a lot of care and effort into finding the right person for each role, it really shows. The benefits here are also strong. While the PTO policy is still evolving (currently at 10 days), I actually appreciate the clarity. Unlimited or flexible PTO can sometimes be tricky to navigate, since it’s not always clear what’s “too much” or “too little.” For those in the U.S., the insurance pricing is excellent, and there are a variety of additional benefits offered, including critical illness, accident coverage, legal support, and more. Overall, I can genuinely see myself here for a long time. If you’re considering joining, go for it!!

Cons

PTO policy, but as I mentioned it's a work in progress.

Pros

There once was a lot of cool people working here.

Cons

The acquisition destroyed the company. Benefits are non existent. Culture is gone. Almost anyone who knew what they were doing left and the ones who didn’t wish they had. Avoid at all costs unless you like being miserable and hate employer 401k contributions.
