Pros

None from what I can see.

Cons

Had two interview with this company for a Director position and when I called regarding the third interview I did not receive any responses. I can see why this company has bad reviews. Clearly HR and Management has no clue or does not care. How you bypass someone with 30 years in Customer Service in both Sr. and Executive Management is beyond me.
