Breakdowns among executive leadership from sales, marketing, and product all make for the perfect storm of chaos that is impossible to navigate. You’ll join endless all-hands meetings with C-Suites screaming “GSD” paired with “push push push” as their version of a rally cry for everyone to meet aggressive quarterly targets. Culture is toxic and unenjoyable. Employee turnover is constant, whether by choice or by force. There is no time for celebration for any type of wins, whether they be on a department or company level. If you’re looking for a rewarding experience, this is not it.
