      Pros

      Great benefits, competitive in the industry with pay, some accounts and lines of business are better than others. Healthcare is probably the best line of business to work in.

      Cons

      Not all leadership believe in their "Quality of Life" for their employees (Management)- it's something they "sell" to their clients.
