Pros
The company has great values and benefits. Strive for diversity and to "walk the walk". Vacation package is great for beginning management.
Cons
Work-life balance is preached by senior management at the corporate offices, however it is difficult to acheive in the field. Vacation time given is liberal, but try to take it when in mid-level management. There is a need to stay connected due to client needs and lack of support to cover for you.
