      Great Work Life Balance, Lots of activities around work, fun environment to work in, really respect Mr. Pierre Bellon

      Low pay, take time to make decisions, takes forever to get promoted or find jobs internally. They have been acquiring small firms without thinking about the long term strategy

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
