Pros

Global Presence and Reputation and Training & Development

Cons

Job Security Concerns- Outsourcing model means employment can be tied to specific contracts with clients. Layoffs can occur when contracts end, or clients change vendors. Bureaucracy & Slow Decision-Making- Being a large organization, decisions may require multiple layers of approval. Change can be slow and overly process-driven. Uneven Management Quality- Experience can vary widely depending on local leadership and contract. Some employees report inconsistent support or unclear communication from management. Work-Life Balance- Can be demanding, especially in operational roles or during transitions (e.g., contract start-ups or closures) lots of local or domestic travel end if your job offer never required it. Some roles may require long or irregular hours. Compensation & Benefits- Competitive in some markets, but not always at the top tier. Some employees feel undercompensated relative to workload or industry standards.

Pros

My direct coworkers and other onsite employees are amazing and some of the nicest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met. The day to day responsibilities are enjoyable to work on most days. Company phone provided for work communications during work hours (you don’t have to take them home with you) Free meals on shifts worked (with restrictions) “Set schedule”

Cons

Work life balance is not great. You hire on for one position or schedule and then end up being required to perform job duties that are outside of your description on top of your daily responsibilities. Wages are really low. Unfair distribution of allotted overtime hours. Benefits are not good either. Insurance is really expensive for not great coverage. Maternity leave is only 6 weeks and only 60% of your pay covered by short term disability (that you pay for out of pocket until 2 years of service)
