Pros

Literally no pros, the worst recruitment, training, and support I've ever experienced and they pay you wrong every single time. Steal money from your pay for dirty accommodation. Your support manager are either hungover coked up or just plane rude.

Cons

Everything the recruitment process was a shambles, set up days a complete mess, blatant lies told to you during the process. They don't pay proper milage and expect you to travel hundreds of miles and still don't pay you properly.

Pros

My direct coworkers and other onsite employees are amazing and some of the nicest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met. The day to day responsibilities are enjoyable to work on most days. Company phone provided for work communications during work hours (you don’t have to take them home with you) Free meals on shifts worked (with restrictions) “Set schedule”

Cons

Work life balance is not great. You hire on for one position or schedule and then end up being required to perform job duties that are outside of your description on top of your daily responsibilities. Wages are really low. Unfair distribution of allotted overtime hours. Benefits are not good either. Insurance is really expensive for not great coverage. Maternity leave is only 6 weeks and only 60% of your pay covered by short term disability (that you pay for out of pocket until 2 years of service)
