Pros
The office environment is genuinely positive. Everyone's very good at smiling.
Cons
The whole place is built on this culture where you literally cannot say anything's broken without someone giving you a weird look. You raise a legitimate issue and it immediately gets reframed as a 'learning opportunity' or something about positive energy — which honestly gets old fast. Nobody wants to acknowledge that real problems actually exist; they just want to talk about alignment and growth, and meanwhile stuff's falling through the cracks because no one will just say 'this isn't working.' It creates this exhausting dynamic where you're expected to be grateful and upbeat while quietly struggling, and the constant cognitive dissonance just wears you down. Management seems to think forced optimism solves everything, but all it does is prevent problems from actually getting fixed.
