Pros

I was able to learn and work with some great people. I enjoy traveling In different states, you might like that part of the job. You might have a chance to learn if you are new to the industry

Cons

-They gave me extremely low perdium compared with industry standards. - They started by promising me high hourly rate, then they said they can only give me a salary position based on working a forty hour work week. After that, they forced (pressured) me to work a 70-80 hr work week without giving me any additional compensation or overtime. -Because they payed me a substandard perdium, I spent lots of time in the cheapest(worst) motels in the United States. I.e. Bedbugs, prostitution, dangerous areas. - I went for long periods of time on very little sleep 2-3 hours of sleep. They keep jobs and travel coming at a grueling pace.

Pros

Get to do many different kinds of work in many different locations. The CEO is very nice and most people that work there are very nice. The CEO treated me like family. Very interesting work. The work on each job is very different. Got to see a great deal of the country while working. Meet a lot of different people at different job sites. They communicate a lot of information to the employees. They say they will help the employees get certifications for the work that they do. They provide many tools that will be needed for the work. A great place to make contacts for other jobs.

Cons

Expected to work very long hours (12-16 hour days), everyone in management is always on your back about finishing a project. They send 2 employees to do a 5 person job, or they send 1 person to do a 2 person job. Management sets unreasonable deadlines for projects. Management does not let employees at the work site have weekends unless the customer has days that they do not want the work being performed. The company does not give any compensation for the overtime worked. The Leadership is set in their ways and think that there is no other way than what they have been doing. They do not necessarily provide all of the tools and safety equipment to do a job correctly. They do not follow through on all of their promises. The management keeps giving excuses for why they cannot sign you up for certifications.
