You will do more work for no more money. This is their standard operating procedure. When someone quits or gets fired, that's just considered savings. They almost never backfill the role, so you just get to add that workload to your own. It's exhausting and feels incredibly disrespectful.

There's zero direction, zero vision. It feels like everyone is just waiting around for the company to be acquired. I have no idea what the strategy is, and I don't think they do either. There's no clarity, no momentum, and definitely no trust left.
· Your career will stall here. Promotions junt title changes to avoid giving real raises. There's no training, no real opportunity to learn. You're on your own. The "onboarding" is basically just getting login info and then being thrown into the deep end because everyone is too burned out to train you.
