Communicating with our workforce is a top priority for us, and something that we constantly work on improving. We are glad to see that work is paying off! And you are right, being adaptable is one of our core values for a very important reason. We are constantly growing, and it does require that we invest a lot of time and resources to integrating newly acquired companies effectively. From the moment that we acquire a new company, those employees become an integral part of Sovos. It is important to us that our new colleagues are set up for success.
