During the transition you referenced, we provided advanced notice while allowing those impacted to remain actively employed, along with job search and networking sessions covering resume building, LinkedIn best practices, and other career tools that have been valuable for many employees. We also facilitated a meeting with our offshore partner to explore potential opportunities within their organization. These offerings may not have met your needs based on your feedback in this review.
Clear communication is always a priority, and it sounds like we could have improved in a few places for you.
