Torturous Environment - Customer Success Manager Sprinklr Employee Review

Sprinklr has always been a challenging place to work for, however the challenge was welcomed because it made you a well rounded employee and you became better. You were able to make almost an unlimited amount of money as long as you hit your goals. Now they have brought like 6 VPs from the same company and it has turned to a nightmare. They force you to create decks all day everyday for internal presentations that then never get looked at more than once. Leadership never offers real solutions to customer problems but rather penalizes individual contributors. Ragy has certanly taken a step back and it shows. Very toxic culture of do more and do more and never good enough. Everyone I know that works here is severely depressed and feels devalued.
