Pros
The benefits were pretty nice. The company has the right idea and hopefully executes it better where roots are present (Headquarters).
Cons
In Jacksonville, FL, I worked my way up from a Barista to an Assistant Store Manager in three years. Being a team player turned into self sabotage for my individual career during this time. When the district asked me to move around from store to store to help them exceed their sales goals--as I did with mine--but not get promoted until the deeds were done, what was I supposed to say? By the fifth store, I should have said, "enough". Because, unfortunately, swooping into new teams, operations and styles, with the intent to follow orders and change whatever needed to be changed, didn't always go over so smoothly when dealing with children. Numbers don't lie but people do.
