Cons
Upper Management: They use intimidation to get you to deliver results, and expect you to intimidate your employees to deliver as well. Their district managers are not educated, and often clueless... asking other managers how to spell words, and do emails, spreadsheets. Company Culture: They're implementing LEAN, which is simplifying tasks, reducing movement, to reduce time it takes to complete tasks. The problem is they have cut labor so much, that stores are required to run at a negative variance, when there is SO MUCH that needs to be done. Stores are being asked to do more and more, with less and less resources.
