Pros
Great people to work with, pockets of great partners, and practical approach to strategy make it a great place to work, with great career prospects on exit.
Cons
The PwC acquisition of Booz caused a lot of negatives: 1) top talent left the firm - rainmaking partners left for McKinsey and other consultancies and job managers left en masse due to vacuum of leadership; 2) the perception of less prestige given combination with PwC; 3) the combination with PwC has been taken pretty negatively by client staff, leaving the possibility of another mass exodus of staff once retention bonuses are paid out in 2015.
