okay if you are looking for a Monday to Friday job between 8-8. There is room for growth but you need to remain in the call centre for 24 months before you can apply outside.
Cons
micro managed as most call centres are Bonuses are based on customer reviews with basically no option to dispute Difficult to get vacation time
