Pros

None. I have nothing good to say about the company. You could say working from home is a plus. But it makes you lazy.

Cons

This company takes advantage of its hard working employees. I worked for the company for well over two years and was recently laid off. The company promised us job security however within weeks of false promises over 200 people were without a job just before the new year. Working from home is not only bad for your health, since you sit around all day but it's damaging to a healthy social lifestyle. The company will demand over time hours and disregard the fact that you have a life outside of work. I hated this job, because of the management and because of the customers. Fact is, people are rude. Supervisor pick favorites and are constantly demanding perfection. Nothing is ever good enough and there's always something to complain about. We were promised raises at a certain point and never got them.

When I worked there there was competitive pay and benefits. Good at hiring excellent staff. Fun staff events. Good leadership.

Cons

The business product transitioned into a services related product. Not very exciting
