      - So so equipment - Absolutely no place to park your car - Crammed workspace - Too much people in a very small office - No place to eat, you have to eat in your desk - Snacks are just a few bags of candy - Soluble coffee only - Good old mexican management disguised as young startup like management - Your experience really depends on the project - Legacy code on every project

      They did not go bankrupt.

      Cons

      Communication with this team was a challenging nightmare. They have literally zero integrity. I get the sense there was fraudulent activities going on but above my pay grade - just beware.... If you value surrounding yourself with good people, good moral, then stay away from Svitla Systems.
