Pros

Great team of people who are passionate and very supportive, willing to provide help, advice, during work and outside of office hours. Very thorough, hands-on training - most training I have ever received across all my previous employers. Growth opportunities are there, Swoon recognize's your achievements and will help you get to where you want to be. Also Swoon has a work hard play hard, fun work culture, and the CEO and as well as employees across all officers are very passionate about giving back to the community and very involved in fundraising efforts and other initiatives to help out great causes. I love working at Swoon , my colleagues and manager are so great and help set you up for success. Taking the time to share knowledge, and come up with ways to achieve our goals. Couldn't ask for a friendlier group of hard working, ambitious and smart people.

Cons

None, other than I miss seeing our colleagues in the Chicago office every day but Skype does the trick!
