I've been working with Swoon Technology Resources for past 2+ years, who has been giving us excellent business.

It has been a pleasure working with all the employees at Swoon who are very dedicated towards their work. Especially- Sara Riggs, who's enthusiasm is infectious and her ability to lead is inspiring. She is an excellent manager that cares about her business partners and knows how to handle very different personalities. Anyone willing to work with Swoon would be very lucky and will learn a ton!
Cons
None I have heard of.

Not and Account Manager Role
20 Mar 2023 - Major Account Manager in Phoenix, AZRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The people you work with are so great and direct managers are really great people
Cons
Not an account manager or account executive role. This is a BDR role so be aware of that if you are considering it. Lots and lots of cold calls all day long within established accounts but you won’t be working with any known buyers and you will be doing tons of cold calling to companies that don’t work with swoon yet. Again- this is a BDR role

I am never leaving this company
10 Aug 2022 - Major Account Manager in Chicago, ILRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I am obsessed with this company. I've been here for over 3 years, and my love for the company has not changed. The people, the culture, the flexibility, the MONEY - all amazing. Swoon has given me opportunities that I never thought I would get this early in my career. I have had some personal struggles throughout my time here at Swoon, and everyone has been so completely understanding and given me space and time to work through issues. Swoon has given me work/life balance, amazing opportunities, motivation, professional development, positivity, friends, and a whole lot of money. I never want to leave.
Cons
There are ups and downs to any company especially with a rising and falling economy. The ups are absolutely worth sticking through the downs.
