Pros
Swoon just won an award "Best Staffing Company to Work For - North America". This was voted on by both permanent employees as well as Swoon's contractors. I've worked at a couple other staffing agencies and this has been without hesitation the best place to work. The resources are given to you to do whatever you want. Upper Management really know how to bring out the best in their employees. They treat you with respect and trust, and it rubs off on the people that work here. They look at the individual, not the numbers. In this industry, that's hard to come by! But when you're in the people business, why is that the case?? There's no better place to be in this industry.

Work/life balance, but that's more of an industry thing, not specific to this company.
