Pros
Met a lot of really great people who I will most likely stay in contact with for several years to come outside of working at Swoon. I also learned a lot working there since everyone is extremely helpful despite how long they have been at Swoon. I felt very welcomed from the moment I joined the company, which was a great experience. I felt like everyone was there to help me along the way, no matter what!
Cons
The industry is extremely fast paced and it is a lot to take in for someone who doesn't have previous experience.
