Pros
Great company and values, with a lot of care for employees and their wellness satisfaction. A lot of talented people to work with and great managers in my way, so far. People are treated fairly and with respect independently of their positions.
Cons
Most of the senior management was taken from outside, so lack of internal promotion. Some people that don't walk the talk, but less and less, since that not aligned with company values.
