      People are great, there is very good respectful culture, easy-going, salary and bonus system fair and actually more than I could think. support and invest in your development, gives plenty of opportunities, also certain freedom to operate. the trust is great

      Cons

      Corporate has limits in operational way of working, you need to follow some guidances which are not always the best solution.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
