      Pros

      The mission was solid, data from the lab needed to be collected and democratised better. Synthace was about to do that. Most of the people were great. I love the CSO now CEO and the science teams.

      Cons

      It's taught me to be very wary about VC and commercial people. Science should always lead, and with sales supporting the whole way.

      Pros

      The technology is truly innovative which makes being a part of this team special. The entire team from senior leadership to individual contributors are positive and collaborative. Everyone works together enthusiastically.

      None that I can think of.

      Excellent overall culture and team, best and brightest group of individuals I have ever worked with.

      The product is difficult to sell and maintain, complicated and can take users a long time to learn.
