Pros

none as of now sadly they have turned into a conglomerate and have gone back on their word to the employees and customers (un-carrier no longer exsists, sadly)

Cons

layoff's for tenures employees, brining in new employees at a much lower pay, also less of a skill set. cross functional teams no longer partner together, right hand doesn't know what the left is doing
